As your agent, I will perform a very thorough Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) - one of the best in the business. This is a thorough evaluation and comparison of your home and homes in your neighborhood. Once we have performed the CMA, we can determine a fair market price for your home. Doing so allows you to receive top dollar for your property. This is a very important step because pricing your home too high or too low will actually decrease the value of the home, delaying its sale.
The condition of your house has a large influence to buyers when being viewed. While some of potential buyers will be able to see the value of a home even when a few updates are needed, most buyers appreciate a home "move in ready". Before listing your home, I will advise you on which improvements can be made to improve the value and/or salability of your home. If interested, I can also provide several good contractors as needed.
Marketing Your Property
Marketing your property is a crucial step in the home-selling process, one which should be tailored to each individual home. My in-depth marketing campaign goes well beyond placing the home on the RMLS website and hanging a few flyers. I utilize effective means of marketing and avoid futile means of marketing. While I don’t like to post my marketing strategies online, I welcome the opportunity to discuss a marketing campaign for your home in more detail.
Offer and Closing
When offers are received, I will help interpret your offers, showing you why some offers are stronger than others. Once you have chosen an offer to accept, I will continue to guide you through the closing process, following all the proper procedures to deter any legal issues, and making sure your best interests are kept in mind.

I always keep my clients well informed throughout the entire transaction. This includes what the buyers think about your property, how the transaction is progressing, and any other issues that may, and often do, arise. You will never be kept in the dark.
